Medical Autonomy, is the medical act personally, without any internal or external coercion. In Colombia from 100 law 93, has imposed a regulation that undermines the exercise of the medical act regarding its autonomy, making the health service by a covered business government policies. This has caused serious damage to the health service, affecting medical autonomy and enriching a few who took over the delivery system of health services covered by the policy regulations regarding health services.
