Abstract

Colombia despite being one of the pioneers of American aviation industry as history show, has today with different weaknesses, technological backwardness, educational and infrastructure with respect to countries on the continent for the manufacture of parts and aircraft components. Countries such as Brazil and Argentina have today with aircraft factories and quality processes that allow it to be competitive, meanwhile Colombia after more than one hundred years of history take force again to improve the industry and support for small manufacturing companies aircraft. However this new mindset education, processes and regulations of the country are short of the needs that present a future.
