Al realizar un análisis de los hechos delictivos que más han afectado a Colombia, se puede destacar principalmente el del secuestro, actividad criminal que han colocado en práctica los grupos al margen de la ley como lo son, las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarios de Colombia (FARC), Ejercito de Liberación Nacional (ELN), Ejercito Popular de Liberación (EPL), el desaparecido Movimiento 19 de abril (M-19) y los mal llamados grupos de Autodefensa o Bandas Criminales (BACRINES), sin dejar de mencionar a la delincuencia común, quienes con sus prácticas abominables han afectado no solo al pueblo Colombiano, sino también a extranjeros. To make to analysis of the acts criminal that more have affected to Colomia, can be show the kidnapping, criminal activitic that have post in practice of groups to outlaw, like the Armed Revolutionary Forces of Colombia (FARC), Army of Nacional Release (ELN), Army Popular of Release (EPL), of Movement Disappear 19 of April (M-19) and the bad appointed groups of AUC or Criminal Bands (BACRINES), while of mention the common delinquency, who their bad practices have affect not only to people in Colombia, but also foreingn.
