En este proyecto quiero mostrar como se ve el sector salud desde el interior de una EPS mediante la identificación del funcionamiento del sistema de salud Colombiano y su normatividad y establecer como un Especialista de Alta Gerencia pone en práctica todos los conceptos aprendidos ya que desde el punto de vista administrativo y financiero manejar los recursos de una EPS conlleva un alto grado de responsabilidad, criterio, toma de decisiones y sobre todo una visión gerencial integral para garantizar la continuidad de empresa, el cumplimiento de la labor social , el acatamiento a normas, el manejo de los recursos y lo más importante garantizar que se cuente con lo necesario para que los usuarios tengan acceso a los servicios de salud, desde el recurso humano hasta la infraestructura. Se pueden escuchar infinidad de comentarios lo cierto es que detrás de este sector hay más de 5.000 familias que cada días se levantan a prestar un servicio a los usuarios del sistema y acabarlas puede generar una verdadera crisis económica y social.
