Abstract

Este trabajo representa un diagnóstico previo del estado actual de las obras que se ejecutan por parte de los ingeniero militares en todo el País con el ánimo de optimizar los recursos gerenciales, minimizando al máximo los posibles errores que se puedan cometer durante el proceso. Todo el esquema bajo el concepto global de la implementación de la tecnología informática en el uso de los recursos y su mejor rendimiento cuando estos están limitados en el tiempo y en el espacio. Debido a la demanda e incremento de proyectos, que afronta la Jefatura de Ingenieros del Ejército Nacional, nace una necesidad básica y esencial para el desarrollo eficiente y efectivo de la buena administración de estos proyectos. Es necesario, ubicar cuales son las herramientas necesarias que necesita un Ingeniero Militar Director de Obra del Ejercito Nacional, sus habilidades y marco de la gestión y el desarrollo de las organizaciones, para poder entender cabalmente su papel y trascendencia. This work represents a preliminary diagnosis of the current state of the works to be executed by the military engineer throughout the country with the aim of optimizing management resources, minimizing the maximum possible errors that may be committed in the process. The whole scheme under the umbrella concept of implementing computer technology in the use of resources and better performance when these are limited in time and space. Due to the demand and increased projects facing the Chief of Engineers of the Army, born a basic and essential to the efficient and effective development of the proper administration of these projects need. It is necessary to locate the tools which are needed by a Military Engineer Works Director of the National Army, skills and management framework and development organizations in order to fully understand their role and significance.
