Actualmente las organizaciones presentan grandes inconsistencias y atraviesan un duro momento debido a la crisis de nuestro país, por lo cual los dirigentes están tomando decisiones trascendenta1es que repercuten en el funcionamiento normal de las mismas. La creación e implantación de un Sistema de Control Interno en cualquier organización por pequeña que esta sea, minimizará el riesgo de pérdida o mal funcionamiento de la organización.
