El presente ensayo tendrá como objetivos principales, identificar los aspectos positivos del liderazgo en las organizaciones, independientemente del tipo de estructura que posea, analizar sus efectos junto a la motivación en los trabajadores para el desempeño óptimo y finalmente establecer la contribución que otorga a los resultados empresariales como paradigma actual y dominante en los modelos de negocios.
