Abstract

Esta tesis aborda el proceso de reconstrucción de la imanación vectorial tridimensional de materiales magnéticos en la nanoescala. La capacidad de visualizar las texturas magnéticas permite entender y controlar sus propiedades magnéticas, con aplicaciones en sistemas de almacenamiento de datos, sensores magnéticos y la espintrónica. La microscopía de transmisión de rayos X (TXM), combinada con la técnica de tomografía, es un método para detectar las señales magnéticas en la nanoescala más allá de la detección en la superficie. El objetivo de esta tesis es establecer una metodología para la tomografía magnética vectorial mediante el desarrollo, perfeccionamiento e implementación de protocolos para reconstruir la imanación a partir de datos TXM, en colaboración con la línea de luz MISTRAL del Sincrotrón ALBA. Se ha realizado tomografía magnética en nanopartículas de óxido de hierro y se ha descrito el procedimiento para reconstruir su imanación, ilustrando la capacidad de la técnica de tomografía magnética para visualizar la imanación dentro de la muestra.
