Prototipo a escala de colector cilindro parabólico

Abstract

Desarrollo de un prototipo a escala de un colector cilíndrico parabólico (PCCP), un dispositivo categorizado dentro de la tecnología solar térmica, cuyo objetivo es generar electricidad a través de la energía solar. El conjunto se compone de una parábola con gran longitud que concentra la luz solar sobre un tubo receptor posicionado a lo largo del punto focal de la geometría. Este tubo contiene un fluido que se calienta al recibir toda la energía del sol concentrada por la parábola. Este se transporta a un sistema generador donde se utiliza para la generación de energía eléctrica en un ciclo térmico. El objetivo del proyecto es el desarrollo de un prototipo de estas características para el uso y desarrollo en el ámbito académico, ya que, sobre él se podrán desarrollar trabajos y ampliaciones que envuelvan diferentes ramas de la ingeniería.
