Diseño de una Planta de Producción de Amoniaco Verde

Abstract

El objetivo principal del proyecto es el diseño y viabilidad de una planta química de producción de amoniaco verde. El amoníaco, ampliamente utilizado en la producción de fertilizantes y productos químicos industriales, se produce a partir de gas natural, emitiéndose gran cantidad de gases de efecto invernadero. En este proyecto se estudiará la viabilidad técnica y económica de una planta de producción de amoniaco verde, a través de una primera etapa de obtención de hidrógeno verde y una segunda etapa de reacción de dicho hidrógeno con el nitrógeno del aire. Para ello, se realizará un estudio integral que involucre el diseño de la planta, los diagramas de flujo del proceso, la simulación de Aspen HYSYS, el estudio HAZOP y un análisis económico para evaluar la viabilidad y la rentabilidad del proceso. El diseño de la planta industrial ha de cumplir con los protocolos, normas de seguridad y obligaciones medioambientales existentes, tanto a nivel urbanístico como sectorial, todo ello alineado con los principios del desarrollo sostenible, la transición a la energía verde y el logro de emisiones netas de carbono cero.
