Marketing emocional en deportes de alto rendimiento

Abstract

Este trabajo de Fin de Grado se centra en el desarrollo de una estrategia de marketing emocional aplicada a los deportes de alto rendimiento, con especial atención a disciplinas consideradas minoritarias, como el bádminton. Se presenta en primer lugar un marco teórico que contextualiza el fenómeno del deporte de alto rendimiento, sus características clave y el ecosistema actual en el que se desarrollan estas disciplinas. A continuación, se aborda el marketing en el ámbito deportivo, prestando especial atención a sus fundamentos y las particularidades del marketing mix adaptado al sector. Además, con este trabajo se ha explorado como las estrategias emocionales permiten conectar con la audiencia, generar engagement y construir comunidades comprometidas en torno a deportes con menor visibilidad. Tras el marco teórico, se desarrolla una propuesta centrada en la Federación Española de Bádminton. A partir de un análisis de situación y entrevistas, se diseña una campaña de fan-engagement basada en contenidos emocionales, con el fin de reforzar la identidad del deporte y mejorar su posicionamiento. Este análisis demuestra que integrar el marketing emocional en las estrategias de comunicación deportiva favorecen la fidelización del público, el crecimiento de la comunidad y la generación de nuevas oportunidades para los deportistas.
