El ambiente laboral es clave para el bienestar y desempeño de los trabajadores, al influir en su motivación, satisfacción y salud mental. Esta tesis analiza el concepto de Ambiente Laboral Subjetivo (ALS), desarrollado por Pérez-Luco( 2008) ,y su medición mediante la batería B-ALS ,un instrumento diseñado para evaluar integralmente las condiciones organizacionales que afectan el bienestar de las personas que trabajan en distintos contextos laborales .El objetivo principal es validar psicométricamente la B-ALS, explorando su estructura factorial, la consistencia interna de sus escalas y la validez de constructo en tres dimensiones: la Escala de Cultura Organizacional Positiva(ECOP), Afrontamiento Co-Activo
