Trabajo a domicilio

Abstract

El capítulo analiza el trabajo a domicilio desde una perspectiva internacional y nacional. Expone la regulación de la OIT, especialmente el Convenio 177 y la Recomendación 148, que buscan garantizar condiciones laborales justas para quienes trabajan desde casa. También estudia la normativa española sobre trabajo a distancia y concluye señalando los retos pendientes y la necesidad de reforzar la protección jurídica de estos trabajadores.
