Abstract

En esta tesis doctoral se inició el desarrollo de un nuevo enfoque terapéutico experimental basado en el secretoma de células madre mesenquimales, con el fin de regenerar la pulpa dental de dientes permanentes inmaduros con daño pulpar parcial o total. Estos dientes, actualmente carecen de una opción terapéutica que genere las condiciones necesarias para completar la maduración natural de la raíz, comprometiendo su pronóstico a largo plazo. Se ha estudiado mediante experimentos in vitro e in vivo en modelo animal, el potencial de regenerar la pulpar dental del Medio Condicionado de Células Madre del Cérvix Uterino Humano (MC-hUCESC) mediante el reclutamiento y estimulación de células endógenas, como también su efecto sobre las Células Madre de la Pulpa Dental humana (DPSC).
