Texturas magnéticas confinadas en multicapas y nanoestructuras

Abstract

En esta tesis de carácter netamente experimental se estudia la presencia de texturas magnéticas confinadas en la nanoescala, así como sus propiedades físicas. Se ha analizado la configuración de la imanación a nivel submicrométrico en dos tipos de sistemas: multicapas de aleaciones de tierra rara – metal de transición, y nanoestructuras magnéticas con geometrías específicas. Para ello, el principal método utilizado ha sido la microscopía de transmisión de rayos X mediante radiación sincrotrón, junto con la tomografía magnética vectorial, que permite la reconstrucción de la imanación tridimensionalmente a partir de conjuntos de imágenes de la muestra obtenidos con la microscopía de transmisión.
