Compromiso Laboral: evaluación y factores moduladores

Abstract

El principal objetivo de esta tesis doctoral es generar y validar un nuevo instrumento de medida del compromiso laboral en español. Una Escala de Compromiso Laboral (ESCOLA) que permita evaluar el compromiso en personas que trabajan tanto por cuenta ajena (asalariados) como en emprendedores y trabajadores por cuenta propia. Para alcanzar este objetivo se realizó una revisión de la literatura científica y de las dimensiones utilizadas en su evaluación y se planteó un modelo de compromiso basado en la participación efectiva, implicación y emoción positiva generada con la actividad laboral.
