Abstract

El creciente interés comercial experimentado en los últimos años por los ácidos orgánicos ha estimulado la producción biotecnológica de los mismos como una solución integras a la paulatina demanda suscitada en este segmento químico. Asimismo, la sostenibilidad ha sido otro de los retos afrontados por la biotecnología industria, la cual se ha centrado en el desarrollo de estrategias eficientes y en el aprovechamiento de residuos y subproductos. El objetivo de este TFG es diseñar un bioproceso industrial de producción de uno o varios ácidos orgánicos a partir de un medio de fermentación de bajo coste.
