Influencia de los microaleantes en las transformaciones de un acero de fase compleja endurecible en prensa utilizado en automoción

Abstract

En esta época donde prima la sostenibilidad, la economía circular, horizontes verdes y demás objetivos para reducir emisiones e intentar consumir menor cantidad de recursos, la industria del automóvil no se queda atrás. Para conseguir estos propósitos, se están investigando nuevas aleaciones y procesos de fabricación más respetuosos con el medio ambiente. Entre las familias de aceros avanzados de alta y súper alta resistencia del sector del automóvil destacan los aceros de endurecimiento en prensa (con sus siglas en inglés, PHS). En este trabajo se estudia el efecto de los microaleantes en la microestructura de diferentes aceros PHS, las cuales determinan sus características microestructurales, como el tamaño de grano, las fases presentes en la microestructura y otras propiedades tecnológicas como la templabilidad. También se realiza una simulación utilizando elementos finitos del proceso de conformado en caliente de una chapa de acero usando las aleaciones objeto de este trabajo. Para esta investigación, se han realizado experimentos de dilatometría con posterior caracterización microestructural mediante microscopía óptica, microscopía electrónica de barrido y difracción de electrones retrodispersados.
