Modelos de negocio digitales

Abstract

El modelo de negocio de las empresas de comercio electrónico de equipos de oficina se divide principalmente en tres tipos: a) compra y venta, b) alquiler de equipos y c) prestación de servicios. De estos, el segundo tipo es el más ampliamente utilizado. Este trabajo selecciona una empresa representativa, la empresa C, como caso a analizar. A través de la introducción de la industria del comercio electrónico de alquiler de equipos informáticos y el análisis DAFO de la empresa C, se determina el entorno de desarrollo de esta empresa y luego se analizan los seis elementos centrales de su modelo de negocio: articular una propuesta de valor, identificar un segmento de mercado, determinar la cadena de valor, definir los mecanismos de generación de ingresos, describir la posición de la empresa dentro de la red de valor y formular la estrategia competitiva. Finalmente, el análisis de estos factores se combina con un análisis financiero para evaluar los resultados de este modelo de negocio, a fin de encontrar sus potenciales debilidades y proponer alternativas razonables que refuercen su ventaja competitiva. Pretendemos que este análisis pueda servir de modelo para otras empresas de comercio electrónico de alquiler de equipos de oficina.
