Abstract

Introducción: La finalidad de este estudio es analizar el comportamiento cardiaco del paciente de Parkinson ante una prueba de esfuerzo. Objetivos: Buscar patrones cardiacos diferentes entre pacientes de EP y sujetos sanos ante una prueba de esfuerzo. Analizar el comportamiento cardiaco de pacientes de parkinson a niveles submaximos de esfuerzo. Material y métodos: Partimos de dos grupos, un control formado por 1 sujeto sano de 46 años y cuatro pacientes con enfermedad de Parkinson. Todos ellos fueron sometidos a una prueba de esfuerzo en tapiz rodante. Resultados: Al finalizar las pruebas se observa que los pacientes de Parkinson tienen más facilidad que el sujeto de control para alcanzar y superar su, a priori, límite fisiológico calculado mediante la fórmula (F.C. max = 220 – EDAD) .
