La presente tesis de fin de máster utiliza la teoría de la espacialidad para analizar tres novelas de formación escritas por autoras chicanas en la última década. Partiendo de la clasificación espacial realizada por Gloria Anzaldúa en Borderlands/La Frontera (1987), se ahondará en el modo en el que el espacio privado, el espacio público y un tercer espacio dedicado a la creatividad influyen en la construcción de la identidad étnica y de género de las protagonistas.
