Trayectorias escolares de personas con discapacidad en la educación secundaria en argentina

Abstract

En las últimas décadas, los movimientos de y para personas con discapacidad, junto a otros grupos de militancia, han hecho sentir el reclamo por sus derechos en muchas esferas sociales. En este marco, el derecho a la educación constituye un campo de luchas y disputas interesantes de indagar. En Argentina la educación secundaria es obligatoria y este hecho permite el reclamo por la escolarización de los adolescentes y jóvenes con discapacidad. El debate sobre el derecho a la educación y el cumplimiento efectivo de los tratados y normativas en relación a las situaciones de discapacidad constituyen un campo de estudio e investigación que cada vez está cobrando mayor fuerza. El propósito de este trabajo es plantear la discusión sobre marcos normativos y lo que acontece en la práctica, a la luz del marco teórico sobre educación inclusiva, como así también mostrar un acercamiento a los desafíos y tensiones que presentan las trayectorias escolares de adolescentes y jóvenes con discapacidad en las escuelas de Argentina.
