Asesoramiento colaborativo para la implementación del aprendizaje colaborativo: análisis de una innovación

Abstract

Actualmente, las intervenciones educativas para alumnos con altas capacidades se abordan desde una enseñanza diferenciada, pero fuera de su contexto natural de aprendizaje (el aula ordinaria). Desde una perspectiva de inclusión, el aprendizaje cooperativo posibilita atender a estos alumnos junto al resto de compañeros. No obstante, para desarrollar esta metodología al menos es necesario que el profesorado se encuentre capacitado para ello, lo que no se suele producir notoriamente todavía. Dentro de un programa de formación continua del profesorado para incluir a los alumnos con altas capacidades a través del aprendizaje cooperativo, el asesoramiento colaborativo cobra especial relevancia. En este sentido, el objetivo de este estudio es analizar la propuesta estratégica de asesoramiento utilizada, para lo que se recurrió a grupos de discusión, entrevistas, observación participante, cuestionarios y análisis documental. Los resultados indican una serie de elementos positivos y propuestas de mejora a considerar para futuras ocasiones.
