Evaluación de Programas de Empleo-Formación: metodología de estudio

Abstract

In this document we have synthesized the main methodological aspects of the research that we carry out in order to evaluate the employment and training programs in Asturias, between 2001 and 2005 (Skills-for-Work Schools, Job-learning Centres, Employment Workshops). The main objectives of the evaluation have been the assessment of the satisfaction of all people implicated in the development of the projects and the follow-up of the laboral insertion of the students of these programs. In this work we include: the context of the study, the objectives and the methodology, including the study typology, the evaluation design, the procedures that we use in order to collect the information, the populations and the samples, the techniques of data analysis and the validation of the instruments.
