Comportamiento de compra de los inmigrantes latinoamericanos en España: Factores explicativos de la propensión a la compra online.

Abstract

Aunque el estudio del comportamiento de consumidor en España ha tomado impulso en los últimos años, se han realizado pocas investigaciones sobre los hábitos de consumo y comportamiento de compra online de los inmigrantes en España. El presente documento investiga cómo el uso de internet influye en el comportamiento de compra online de los inmigrantes Latinoamericanos en España, así como los factores explicativos de la propensión a la compra online. Se realizó una encuesta online a los inmigrantes Latinoamericanos a través de las redes sociales (N=151). Los resultados del estudio muestran que existen diferencias significativas en el comportamiento de compra online en cuatro categorías de productos/servicios (dispositivos electrónicos, viajes/transporte, alimentos y bebidas envasadas, y ropa, accesorios y calzado).
