Abstract

INTRODUCCIÓN: .La atención a la víctima traumática es un hecho frecuente en nuestro medio, siendo necesario una respuesta adecuada a este tipo de pacientes, ya sea como víctima individual o como víctimas colectivas en IMV. OBJETIVOS: Identificar y describir la dinámica de manejo del paciente con traumatismo y de los IMV en los servicios públicos de emergencia prehospitalaria españoles. METODOLOGÍA: Encuesta semiestructurada con 18 preguntas que responderá un representante de cada servicio de emergencias médicas (SEM) de las Comunidades Autónomas (CCAA), teniendo en cuenta que hay CCAA que cuentan con más de un servicio. De las 18 preguntas, 4 han sido referentes a la identidad y lugar de trabajo de la persona encuestada, 3 referentes al manejo de la víctima traumática y 11 referentes a la existencia de protocolos y métodos de triage ante IMV en su servicio, 2 de estas de opinión. CONCLUSIONES: En España, la atención a IMV se caracteriza por el uso de métodos de triage importados de sistemas sanitarios muy diferentes al español.
