Abstract

Cuestionario autoadministrado de respuesta sencilla. Compuesto por dos partes. La primera contiene un total de 12 preguntas tipo test (7 relacionadas con la dieta y 5 con la actividad física) con la respuesta codificada de acuerdo con los tipos de motivación descritos en la subteoría de la integración orgánica. La segunda parte recoge 12 items, con respuesta tipo Likert, relacionadas con las necesidades psicológicas básicas (6 para cada conducta). La naturaleza del cuestionario permite: evaluar la adherencia a las recomendaciones saludables y la motivación para la realización de las mismas; diseñar intervenciones de promoción de la salud encaminadas a mejorar o mantener las conductas a estudio.

Cuestionario, elaborado en base al modelo de autodeterminación (DECI y RYAN), diseñado para medir la adherencia a las características de una dieta saludable y la realización de actividad física, en población adulta sin restricciones, así como la motivación y las necesidades psicológicas básicas relacionadas con la adherencias a las conductas.
