Abstract

Este trabajo pretende diseñar e implantar un Cuadro de Mando Integral en una empresa del sector de la restauración. El Cuadro de Mando Integral (CMI) se utiliza como herramienta de gestión empresarial para el desarrollo y posterior implantación de la estrategia. El CMI permite también el control de la misma a través de indicadores que facilitan la comprobación de si se cumplen los objetivos estratégicos establecidos. El estudio está compuesto de dos bloques. El primero lo forman tres etapas. Una primera en la que se analizaron los principales indicadores de la empresa, una segunda en la que se analizó el entorno de la empresa y una tercera en la que se llevaron a cabo un análisis DAFO y un análisis CAME para determinar las posibles pautas estratégicas a seguir. El segundo bloque se inicia con una breve introducción al CMI y su posterior desarrollo para la empresa elegida, a partir de los factores clave de éxito, sus objetivos estratégicos, el correspondiente mapa estratégico y los indicadores de desempeño, todo ello conforme a las cuatro perspectivas habituales: financiera, clientes, interna y formativa. A continuación, se comenta brevemente la implantación de dicho CMI y se termina con las conclusiones más importantes del trabajo.
