Recargue mediante procesos de soldadura para la aplicación de recubrimientos metálicos anticorrosivos

Abstract

Realización de soldaduras de recargue (plaqueado)sobre tubos de distintos aceros aleados con la finalidad de mejorar su resistencia a la corrosión a altas temperaturas. Se han hecho pruebas con dos procesos de soldadura por arco con el fin de minimizar la dilución del material depositado: CMT y TIG. Posteriormente, los cupones soldados se han ensayado con la intención de homologar el procedimiento de soldeo.
