Los sistemas de solución extrajudicial de conflictos laborales. El SASEC.

Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende dar a conocer la importancia de los medios de solución extrajudicial de los conflictos laborales en España, y de una forma más concreta, en el Principado de Asturias. Para ello, comienza con el estudio de los distintos tipos de conflictos laborales, así como de los medios de solución de conflictos existentes en España, dando paso a los antecedentes y la evolución de los sistemas de solución extrajudicial a nivel estatal y autonómico, hasta centrarnos en las mediaciones tramitadas durante los años 2011 a 2014 en el Servicio Asturiano de Solución Extrajudicial de Conflictos (SASEC). De esta forma, se podrá conocer la forma en la que se desarrollan los procedimientos extrajudiciales en el seno del SASEC, además del análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de los mismos y los resultados obtenidos.
