La Doctrina Parot

Abstract

Análisis de la regulación legal de los concursos de delitos, las acumulaciones de condenas y los beneficios penitenciarios, así como la fundamentación jurisprudencial que originó la Doctrina Parot, junto a las posiciones judiciales contrarias que ya se pronunciaron en nuestro país en su momento y el contenido de la Sentencia del Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos que la anula.
