Interacción de calcita con ZnSO4 a temperatura ambiente: Influencia del tamaño de grano de calcita

Abstract

Esta tesis de máster forma parte de una línea de investigación sobre la interacción de iones con carbonatos y sulfatos que presentan un interés medioambiental. En concreto, se propone como objetivo estudiar la interacción de calcita con ZnSO4 y el papel de la superficie específica de la calcita en los procesos de cristalización a temperatura ambiente. Asimismo, se propone evaluar la capacidad de la calcita en el control del contenido en Zn en el agua. Este primer trabajo de investigación sobre la interacción de ZnSO4 con cristales de calcita supone un reto importante para establecer las condiciones experimentales más adecuadas para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos.

Los reactivos utilizados en los experimentos, así como los análisis realizados sobre los sólidos y líquidos han sido financiados por el proyecto CGL2010–20134–CO2–O2
