Determinación simultánea de mono y disacáridos en zumos de frutas mediante técnicas espectroscópicas

Abstract

Analisis de dos monosacáridos (glucosa y fructosa) y de un disacárido (sacarosa) en zumos de frutas, empleando espectroscopía de infrarrojo y reflectancia total atenuada. La validez de los resultados se evaluará tanto mediante calibración univariante como con el método multivariante PLS (mínimos cuadrados parciales)
