Abstract

El Sentido de coherencia es un término que hace referencia a la capacidad del individuo par aver su entorno individual y el mundo que les rodea. El Síndrome de Burnout es un problema que afecta a los profesionales sanitarios cada vez, proporcionándoles síntomas como: fatiga, insomnio, cefaleas, deterioro de comunicación con pacientes / otros profesionales y hasta se puede llegar a poner en riesgo la salud del paciente atendido. Después del pase de cuestionarios de forma adecuada a 69 profesionales de la Salud y el análisis de datos, se podría decir que hay una correlación negativa de -0.53 en la r de pearson entre Sentido de Coherencia y Síndrome de Burnout, es decir, a más Sentido de coherencia menos Síndrome de Burnout, o a más Sindrome de Burnout menos Sentido de Coherencia.
