Abstract

los servicios de urgencias son lugares generadores de estrés por excelencia dadas sus características para el trabajo.Por ello, es importante identificar cuales son los factores que causan estrés en el personal de enfermería del HUCA llevándose a cabo un estudio descriptivo transversal. La falta de apoyo y la muerte y sufrimiento son dos de las situaciones que mas causan estrés entre los profesionales.
