Abstract

A continuación, el autor nos presenta la comunicación que lleva por título “Certificación ISO del Consorcio Madroño”. Como Director Técnico se encarga de la gestión global del Consorcio, lo que incluye los recursos humanos, la dirección de proyectos, definición y seguimiento del presupuesto, etc. Es responsable además de la redacción y actualización de los manuales y procedimientos, con el fin de asegurar, según palabras del propio autor, “que exista la formación adecuada en el ámbito de la calidad y, de alguna manera, velar por el mantenimiento y la correcta supervisión del sistema de calidad”El objetivo de su comunicación es relatar brevemente la experiencia del Consorcio Madroño en su certificación bajo la norma ISO, la primera asumida por un consorcio de bibliotecas universitarias en nuestro país.
