Planes de recuperación y conservación de especies amenazadas de Andalucía

Abstract

En los años 2011 y 2012, Andalucía aprobó sus primeros planes de recuperación y conservación de flora amenazada, que rigen para especies “en peligro de extinción” y “vulnerables” incluidas en el Catálogo Andaluz de Especies Amenazadas (CAEA), y por tanto protegidas por la legislación autonómica. Se trata de cuatro planes que dan cobertura de forma particular al pinsapo (Abies pinsapo), y de forma conjunta a los pteridófitos (helechos y plantas afines), la flora de las altas cumbres, y la del litoral de Andalucía. Tras una década desde su elaboración, aún hay un importante número de especies del CAEA que no disponen de ningún plan de gestión. Entre ellas, cabe destacar las especies amenazadas propias de roquedos, humedales y riberas. Por otra parte, se han alcanzado desiguales resultados en el desarrollo de los planes en marcha. El pasado, presente y futuro de dichos planes se tratarán en esta charla.

Esta conferencia se enmarca en la asignatura “Biodiversidad Vegetal” de cuarto curso del Grado en Biología como actividad expositiva, incluida en las actividades formativas de dicha asignatura.
