Rediseño del mecanismo de una válvula doble efecto para transporte de material

Abstract

La empresa de ingeniería COÍN presenta un problema en las válvulas de doble efecto por el atascamiento del mecanismo de acción, mediante un análisis de este, se determina que el problema se encuentra en el diseño. El presente trabajo de investigación, es el resultado del diagnóstico y corrección de este problema, se presenta una solución para la válvula en donde se desarrolla el modelo matemático mecánico que incluye los parámetros de funcionamiento, el diseño de la cámara, redimensionamiento, elección/diseño de bridas y el diseño del eje. El análisis de los parámetros de funcionamiento incluye el ciclo de desalojo del producto, zona donde se identificó el problema de la válvula actual. Como producto final se presenta entonces el rediseño de la válvula de doble efecto donde se inserta además una mirilla de inspección, bridas de sujeción y eje de aleta de sello
