Abstract

La FUNDACIÓN JERA por medio del proyecto de la COMERCIALIZADORA SOCIAL PARA EL VALLE DEL CAUCA pretende ayudar a las Mipymes del sector de la confección de la ciudad – región en la comercialización de sus prendas a nivel internacional. De esta forma colaborando a solucionar las diferentes dificultades que estas presentan para el desarrollo de su actividad y el mejoramiento de su sostenibilidad. Para esto el presente trabajo se desarrolla un plan exportador en búsqueda de la mejor alternativa de mercado internacional para la exportación de las prendas confeccionadas por las Mipymes, mostrando al interesado las posibilidades y las dificultades para elegir y acceder a un mercado internacional. El trabajo se encuentra desarrollado en cinco fases en las cuales se describe a la empresa, se analiza el potencial exportador, el sector de la confección, se realiza un estudio exploratorio de los países potenciales y la selección del mercado, terminando con la definición de las estrategias para el ingreso al mercado del producto
