Abstract

El proyecto se basa en la creación de un plan de negocio para una empresa dedicada al asesoramiento y acompañamiento de estrategias de mercadeo digital y publicidad llamada DINOVA MARKETING. Esta empresa busca mostrar un diferenciador en el mercado de servicios de mercadeo, de tal manera que mediante las estrategias de servicio personalizado supere las expectativas de los clientes. El plan de negocio está direccionado bajo la normativa necesaria para la creación de una empresa del sector de servicios o sector terciario, que surge como una idea interesante después de encontrar la necesidad de innovar en el mercado, demostrar que la idea de negocio que se plantea es viable y puede funcionar como empresa, y finalmente al encontrar que el mercadeo convencional necesita de estrategias digitales para tener éxito en el mercado
