Abstract

A pesar de las diversas campañas que muchas de las grandes empresas productoras han realizado por los diferentes medios de comunicación, la Pasta en Colombia tiene menor consumo, esto sigue siendo considerada como un acompañante de la comida o como ingrediente de la sopa y no como un plato principal. Otro factor que limita el consumo de este producto en las familias colombianas es que la pasta es alimento que contiene elementos que producen aumento de peso o que rompe las dietas. La Empresa PASTA NURIA analiza la posibilidad de impulsar su producto, cambiando los esquemas mentales que su mercado objetivo han venido manejando durante muchos años. Su enfoque principal está en incidir y dar una recordación sobre los altos beneficios nutricionales que este alimento da a todos los consumidores, diversidad y facilidad de preparación y que se debe considerar como alimento principal dentro de la comida y no suplemento, además de ser un alimento que no incide en aumento de peso como se tiene pensado actualmente
