Abstract

La pasantía realizada en las Empresas POLLOS MARAVILLA básicamente comprendió la planeación Estratégica con el fin de desarrollar la visión de la organización a partir de la cual se define la misión corporativa. Del análisis interno y externo resulta una matriz DOFA en ella se identifica las estrategias que debe plantear la avícola, haciendo la conversión hacia resultados positivos. A partir del anterior análisis sé establece los objetivos y políticas corporativas del área funcional y del cargo. En el primer capitulo se presentan los parámetros para la ejecución de la investigación. En el segundo capitulo se encuentra detallado los aspectos metodológicos que se requieren para la planeación Estratégica de POLLOS MARAVILLA. En el tercer capitulo se hace referencia a la Empresa POLLOS MARAVILLA en cuanto a su historia y su trayectoria en el mercado. Del capitulo cuarto al doceavo se describe la metodología y el desarrollo utilizado para la Planeación Estratégica de POLLOS MARAVILLA. En los últimos capítulos se encuentran las conclusiones y recomendaciones
