
El artículo muestra la manera como la obra de John Rawls renovó la agenda de la filosofía práctica contemporánea mediante la puesta en escena de un esquema contractual fortalecido teóricamente que defendía, como antaño, la integración de la moral y la política. El artículo se enfoca en pasar revista a los aspectos fundamentales de la presentación de 1971 de Justicia como Equidad.
The article shows how John Rawls´ work renewed the agenda of the contemporany practical philosophy. The central idea is that Rawls has performed a renewal by putting in scene a new and fortified contractual scheme that defended the integration of morality and politics. The article focuses in reviewing the fundamental aspects of 71´s version of Justice as Fairness.
