Abstract

Cuando los canales de denuncia se agotan la ciudadanía encuentra en las formas de protesta un medio para visibilizar su inconformismo y mostrarse presente; la organización sindical, las arengas y batucadas, la movilización, la no movilización y el grafiti son algunos ejemplos de ellas. No esperan la autorización de los poderes que denuncian, ni responden a una hora o lugar determinado. En Bogotá el caso de Distrito Grafiti puede estar gestando un precedente para la domesticación de la protesta, condicionando los contextos en que se puede o no dar esta práctica con el reconocimiento de la ciudad e instrumentalizando los aportes plásticos y reflexivos que han creado para ponerlos a servicio de intereses económicos
