Posicionamiento de marca mediante piezas gráficas, material P.O.P y contenido transmedia para la empresa Sisteled en el sector de comercio eléctrico de Cali en el año 2022

Abstract

El proyecto de tesis consistió en la elaboración de una estrategia de posicionamiento y comunicación para la marca SISTELED, que comenzó con una investigación y valoración previa y la realización de una encuesta a la clientela. Se creó una nueva imagen de marca, utilizando la tipografía Alfran y dos colores en la versión original para generar contraste. Se elaboró un Brand Book para guiar al cliente en el uso de su marca visual, y se generaron piezas gráficas para distintos fines, incluyendo uso en redes sociales y legales e impresos. Además, se mejoró la presencia en la red social principal (Instagram) mediante la creación de publicaciones con contenido variado. Finalmente, se logró cumplir con los objetivos planteados en el proyecto, y el cliente aprobó la implementación del trabajo realizado.
