Abstract

Iniciando el año 2020 el mundo se enfrentó a la pandemia generado por el virus Covid-19, la cual llevo a que muchos países, incluido Colombia, tomaran la decisión de un aislamiento preventivo; lo que conllevo a que las instituciones educativas reinventaran la forma de dictar clases pasando de la presencialidad en aulas a una presencialidad netamente virtual, provocando un impacto en los estudiantes al implementar esta modalidad en un muy corto plazo y habiendo ya iniciado clases. Por ende, este documento presenta diferentes aplicaciones de recolección de datos analizando la percepción de los estudiantes del programa de Mercadeo y Negocios Internacionales de la Universidad Autónoma, enfrentando a la situación de pandemia, aislamiento y clases en presencialidad virtual. Finalmente entendiendo la posición del estudiante frente a la comunicación y gestión de la institución.
