Control por rechazo activo de perturbaciones para el seguimiento de trayectorias en una máquina de trazado 2D

Abstract

Las máquinas de trazado 2-D son sistemas capaces de desarrollar geometrías determinadas en una plano XY. Debido a la gran variedad de perturbaciones y no linealidades propias de las máquinas de trazado, uno de los aspectos que ha tenido gran relevancia en las últimas décadas ha sido mejorar los parámetros de precisión, exactitud y velocidad de trazado, utilizando variedad de técnicas de control. En este artículo se proponen dos técnicas de control desarrolladas bajo el enfoque de rechazo activo de perturbaciones para realizar tareas de seguimiento de trayectorias en un una máquina de trazado 2D. Dada la naturaleza del problema de seguimiento de trayectorias, los esquemas de control propuestos agrupan de forma unificada todas las perturbaciones del sistema (i.e. fricciones y perturbaciones externas), para luego estimar y rechazar en línea toda la perturbación unificada. El desempeño de cada esquema de control propuesto es evaluado experimentalmente usando dos perfiles de movimiento XY y comparada con la técnica de control más usada para este tipo de sistemas, control PID. Los resultados experimentales muestran que los esquemas de control propuestos proveen mejoras en el seguimiento de trayectorias sobre todo a bajas velocidades y cuando hay cambios de dirección.
