Abstract

El siguiente proyecto de emprendimiento, tiene como objetivo la creación de una empresa productora, distribuidora y comercializadora de postres y Snacks en la ciudad de Cali e indagar, cuál sería su impacto en el mercado Caleño y el comportamiento de consumo de este tipo de productos por parte de los habitantes de la ciudad de Cali. La Herramienta utilizada para la recopilación de datos y para lograr entender un poco más el comportamiento de consumo de estos productos, fue la encuesta, que permitió, que por medio de preguntas tanto abiertas como cerradas, que se realizaran a una muestra de consumidores de este producto, nos arrojaran resultados más detallados e información relevante para comprender, el por qué estas personas consumen este tipo de productos, en que momentos los consumen , cada cuanto los consumen y cuanto estarían dispuestos a pagar por ellos, lo que nos da un mejor perspectiva de su comportamiento de consumo y lograr así la satisfacción de sus necesidades. Adicionalmente, se realizó una investigación de mercado para saber cuál es nuestro mercado potencial y nicho del mercado, para realizar una mejor segmentación de mercado, saber a qué mercado dentro de la ciudad de Cali se quiere llegar y quienes serán nuestros principales consumidores. Y por último se realizó una evaluación financiera para medir que tan rentable es la empresa y como sería su comportamiento financiero y que tan competitiva seria en el mercado

The following entrepreneurship project has the objective of creating a company that produces, distributes and sells desserts and snacks in the city of Cali and investigates its impact on the Caleño market and the consumption behavior of this type of products. Part of the inhabitants of the city of Cali. The tool used for data collection and to understand a little more the consumption behavior of these products, was the survey, which allowed, through open and closed questions, to be made to a sample of consumers of this product, they will throw us more detailed results and relevant information to understand, why these people consume this type of products, in what moments they consume them, how often they consume them and how much they would be willing to pay for them, what gives us a better perspective of their consumption behavior and thus achieve the satisfaction of their needs. Additionally, a market research was carried out to find out what our potential market and niche market is, to make a better market segmentation, to know what market within the city of Cali we want to reach and who will be our main consumers. And finally, a financial evaluation was carried out to measure how profitable the company is and how it’s financial behavior would be and how competitive it would be in the market
