Abstract

Con el desarrollo de este proyecto se pretende dar solución a la problemática de ventas que presenta la empresa Proyectos Industriales con respecto su producto “Envase de Onza” ya que al no haber una identificación previa al mercado al cual se podrían dirigir, la compañía dedicada a la fabricación de envases plásticos tiene un gran volumen de inventario e inversión represada en sus instalaciones. Al desconocer por completo el tamaño de la categoría a la cual se puede dirigir la Pyme caleña, se construyen estimaciones a base de proyecciones soportadas por plataformas internacionales como Euro monitor, entre otras fuentes, sin dejar de lado el detallado análisis de cada uno de los factores que podrían impactar las ventas del producto lo que posteriormente permitió proponer estrategias que prometen generar utilidades. Después del diseño y desarrollo de cada una de las estrategias propuestas se obtiene como resultado un ROI de marketing calculado en 81% para el año de ejecución del Plan
