Análisis estructural del sector turístico en Castilla y León a través de matrices de contabilidad social = Structural analysis of the tourist sector in Castilla y León through social accounting matrix

Abstract

La actividad turística es aquella que genera productos característicos del turismo. Ésta se considera una actividad transversal ya que demanda insumos o inputs de diversas naturalezas y del mismo modo, oferta productos con interrelaciones muy complejas. La base del presente estudio es la Matriz de Contabilidad Social Turistica para Castilla y León en el año 2010, fundamentada en las tablas input-output de la Comunidad en dicho año. La Matriz de Contabilidad Social expresa con precisión las interrelaciones existentes en una economía y más concretamente en este caso, las que influyen en el turismo. Una vez obtenida la matriz se realiza un análisis estructural de dicha economía a través de tres instrumentos fundamentales. En primer lugar se estudian los multiplicadores contables, en segundo lugar se analizan los sectores clave, y por ultimo se realizan las matrices satélites de empleo y grado de ocupación para así, analizar los multiplicadores satélites. Para finalizar, se aplican dichos instrumentos sobre la matriz obteniendo una serie de simulaciones a partir de las cuales se extraen distintas conclusiones que permiten realizar un análisis estructural del sector turístico de la comunidad.
